How did this thing even happen?
Our founder, Lyndsey, spent 13 years working in corporate HR, doing things she loved and things she hated. The push to start The Culture Symphony came after one too many times of doing yet another "clean up on corporate aisle 5" of a business leader making a clearly poor decision and expecting HR to clean it up.
Lyndsey saw the opportunity to build something that supports real people in real businesses, creating space to solve challenges before they become problems. She saw ways to support people that many businesses aren't designed to do, and allow everyone to create the life they desire, both professionally and personally.
Today The Culture Symphony supports US businesses who are ready to build the professional life that dreams are made of for everyone in their organization.

Lyndsey is originally from the Greater Indianapolis area and now lives in the Greater Phoenix area. She graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management and has spent 20 years of her career working in hospitality in some way.
She also has her MBA in HR, which she achieved while working full-time for an insurance carrier. Her 15 year career in HR doesn't look like most HR people, and that's probably why she doesn't do HR like most people.
When she's not building and supporting amazing companies in all things people, she is a huge BBQ lover and a self-proclaimed connoisseur of mac and cheese. She is also Team Backstreet Boys and admittingly spends her adult money as a BSB fangirl. She is also a fur mom to her 4 legged child, Maggie.
She's a big advocate of being your true self in both professional and personal spaces.

Kristin is originally from Philly and now lives in the Greater Phoenix area. She carries degrees from Villanova University and Penn State University.
As a strategic Human Resources professional with 20+ years of combined experience across Human Resources, Accounting, and business operations, she brings a broad perspective on organizational needs, business priorities, and people strategy.
Throughout her career, she has built scalable processes, partnered with leaders to solve complex business challenges, and developed solutions that strengthen organizations and improve business outcomes. Recognized for creating structure in evolving environments, she excels at translating business needs into effective workforce strategies and sustainable practices.
When Kristin isn't solving business problems, she's traveling the world on her YOLO tour. She's already seen all 7 world wonders and is now working through the secondary wonders list. She's a big Eagles fan (Go Birds!) and generally supports Philly sports teams.
Here's what you can expect
when working with The Culture Symphony:
We start off with an open minded, honest assessment of your current state. What's working? What's causing frustration? We learn before we move.
We deliver a formal report and presentation, outlining our findings, recommendations, reasoning, and next steps.
We do what we said we were going to do. You are kept in the loop as we execute the plan you approved.
We review what's been done and make sure its working the way you need it to, adjusting where necessary. We adjust until you are comfortable it's done.
We work with Founders, CEO's, and leaders who've grown past the point where they can wing it on the people side of the business. If you're running a team of 20+ employees and starting to feel the cracks, whether that's leadership gaps, hiring mistakes, or just not having the systems in place to keep up with growth, this is exactly where we come in.

Ready to take the next step with your business? Solid people strategies and processes make leading an organization so much easier and less stressful.
